About Our Referral Scheme
Here’s how our Refer a Friend referral scheme works:
- Anyone can refer an employee, regardless of whether they work for Cavalier Workforce. The referral must be someone who hasn’t worked for, worked with, or been referred to Cavalier Workforce prior.
- Up to $500 referral fee, subject to role salary band.
- Payment will be made once the referred employee has completed 60 days on assignment.
- Any person can refer as many people as they would like, as long as they meet the requirements.
